The Vanguard invites the public to its first meet the candidates nights on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Lamppost Pizza in Davis in the West Lake Shopping Center.
This is the public’s opportunity to meet and talk to the candidates in an informal setting as well as to enjoy free pizza and drinks.
Rochelle Swanson, Jon Li, and Daniel Watts have confirmed they will be there in person. Joe Krovoza unfortunately will be in Washington DC, but has agreed to participate remotely. Sydney Vergis was unable to attend due to another commitment.
This your opportunity to meet the candidates and ask them the issues that are most important to you.

Will there be an organized panel format first, or more of a work the room mingle?
It’s more of a mingle thing. I wanted a more informal atmosphere where people could meet the candidates and ask them their own questions.
