Dan DeSantis grew up in Southern California. He earned a BA in Education from California State University, Northridge and received a Master’s in Public Administration from USC. Dan spent the first twenty years of his professional career as a hospital administrator. In 1999 he was hired by the Fresno Superior Court as their first Alternative Dispute Resolution administrator.
