Douglas Ray Stankewitz, the longest-serving condemned inmate at San Quentin State Prison, may finally have a chance at freedom after new evidence was discovered showing that evidence in his case was mishandled by detectives and sheriff deputies in Fresno, and that he may have been framed for the murder of 22-year-old Theresa Graybeal in 1978.
