Judges Condemn Colleague’s Vulgar Dissent in Transgender Spa Case

Nearly 30 judges on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals have issued written rebukes of a colleague after his coarsely worded dissent in a case involving a spa that refused service to a transgender woman, with 27 judges condemning the remark as “vulgar barroom talk” that could undermine public trust in the courts.
