A homeless man with disabilities facing felony charges in Yolo and Solano counties was granted a new court date by Judge David Rosenberg after citing a medical appointment and lack of transportation.
The complaining witness in a Yolo County Superior Court case requested that the charges against her fiance be dismissed and that a protective order not be issued, after a miscommunication led to the arrest of her fiance due to injuries she sustained in a previous fall.
