Court Blocks Huntington Beach Library Restrictions, Upholding Freedom to Read
A state superior court has ruled against the City of Huntington Beach’s attempt to impose restrictions on access to books in the city’s public libraries, upholding the California Freedom to Read Act and the California Constitution.
