DPD: excellent presentation on Ron Glick’s KDVS show. Glick has had it his own comfortable way in the–till the advent of the People’s Vanguard–lonely liberal/radical corner of local media for so long, it was amusing to hear him get a little rattled by your massive erudition and calm, detached radio demeanor.
Good luck on your KDRT show.

as the co-host of “Speaking in Tongues” with Ron Glick, it might be useful to know that “Speaking in Tongues” does not make the coverage of events in Davis a priority as does the Vanguard, and, apparently, as will DPD’s KDRT show

we do program shows about Davis fromt time to time, but the emphasis is more national to international in scope

accordingly, DPD’s KDRT show will provide a valuable service to the community, which is entirely consistent with the mission of KDRT, as KDVS has, over the years, become more regional in its programming
