December 16, 2009 show – Yolo County Supervisor Matt Rexroad took on host David Greenwald in a civil but spirited debate. At issue the shooting of Luis Gutierrez on April 30, 2009 by Yolo County Sheriff’s Deputies. Mr. Greenwald called for an independent investigation following the release around Thanksgiving of the report by the Yolo County District Attorney.
