Davis has been talking about building an innovation center for over a decade. How does a center benefit the community? I am aware that Buzz Oates Construction, which is a wholly owened subsidiary of Buzz Oates Development, provided a significant contribution to the Vanguard ($6,500 in 2019, information is not yet available for 2020).
