Interesting how Napa-Solano Central Labor Council is based in Vallejo and the Sacramento Central Labor Council is based in Sacramento.

So the grassroots and proven leaders inside the district back Cabaldon and the outside groups back Yamada.

Both those Central Labor Councils represent Yolo County and Solano County respectively. Also Yamada does have support from the Davis Firefighters.

Yamada demonstrated integrity and independance when she foolishly took her oath of office as County Supervisor too literally and came too close to the 3rd rail of Davis politics.. namely our Pass-Through agreement; not surprisingly, she was severely burned. Yamada will make us proud as our Assemblyperson and,in that office, she will have no jurisdiction(or need) to again approach the third rail of Davis growth politics.

yamada’s gonna need the boots on the ground. cabaldon’s campaign has been very visible in the past week or so. i’ve gotten 2 flyers, 2 canvassers, and a phone poll.

I pulled the TWO glossy Cabaldon pieces that I received out of the trash and sure enough, EDVoice paid for them. Aon 5:26’s facts, if true, that EDVoice got a large amount of money from Walmart’s heirs who sit on the EdVoice board, Cabaldon’s statement that he gets no Walmart support appears to be literal parcing to deceive the electorate..not at all surprising from the Cabaldon campaign.
